原来听现场这么催泪。想起小时候在外婆家过年，想起跟爸爸妈妈一起唱歌，想起小学中学长大听歌，现在才明白为什么人家会在演唱会擦泪。张学友56岁了，这是他第140场演唱会，还生病了，他说：“我不能保证每次的演唱会我都有一百分的状态，但我保证，我一定尽一百二十分的能力。” #成功一定有原因

My favourite TedTalk speaker, Caroline Myss

I really like to share about her, my favourite TedTalk speaker. 

I enjoy so much listening to her presentations and interpretations of counselling knowledge I studied but with so much wisdom, sarcasm and relation, that as I laugh hard, I think hard. 

Listening to her comforts my craving for motherly and grandmotherly advice, and am inspired to pass on wisdom like her one day.

Sri Lanka with EO: 27 July - 1 Aug 2017

This Sri Lanka trip turns out to be a life changing one. The 5 days of sun, rocks, mountains, safari, tea leaves, elephants, temples, helicopters, beaches, and most importantly, great friends, inspiring conversations and intriguing life stories, healed me from my addiction to work and responsibilities.

I started thinking how much we need in life when Sri Lankan families live with $200 per month. Work was my hobby before the trip, but now I am fascinated by the smell of sunshine, and for the first time in my entrepreneur life, I want to work less play and give more. I told my boys I will bring them to adventures #bymystandard if they work hard, and they are magically working harder than my tuition offers #akathreats.

Have you listened to lifelines in a breezy field surrounded by 3 hungry dogs? Have you challenged a Sri Lankan minister to buy diamond in a room filled with entrepreneurs? Have you shared about your life, current challenges, and future plans 20 times in 5 days and all of a sudden, you know what you want in life? I have.

So... thank you so much everyone for the wonderful trip! Thank you for making me go, the singing when climbing, late-night chats, salsa dances, mesmerizing experience sharing and the super duper wonderful friendships! #passiton #EO

My heartwarming experience being a parent volunteer at ACS chapel

This marks the end of my heartwarming experience being a parent volunteer at ACS chapel. 

Every Thursday for the past 3 years, I watched over a class assigned to me and a few parents, helping the boys with their school bags, reminding them to keep quiet, and answering to questions like "Aunty, can I go to the toilet?". 😅I listened to chapel teaching, sang hymns completed with hand gestures, and rediscovered life as a carefree and innocent primary school child. And of course most preciously, I got to watch my boys from the back, healing from knowing how well behaved my boys can be (when they are not at home). 

You can imagine it's an unbelievable moment that I truly treasure. 😁 #acs #volunteer #parenting #chapel #hymns @ Anglo-Chinese School (Junior)
